Prior Products Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Window and Door Order Processor at a leading manufacturer with over 37 years of industry experience, known for quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in order processing for uPVC windows and doors, using industry-specific software such as Windows Designer, Evolution, or Business Micros.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Reading and interpreting technical surveys for manufacturing.
2. Obtaining quotes from suppliers for stock.
3. Dealing with customer inquiries via phone or email.
4. Placing orders using fenestration processing software.
5. Gathering information for job quotes.
6. Managing and assisting in raising purchase orders and reviewing job files for completeness to ensure timely delivery.
7. Assisting with administrative duties as required.

Candidate Skills & Experience:

1. Recent experience in order processing for windows and doors.
2. Experience with window software such as 1st Degree Window Designer or similar.
3. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Reliable and punctual.
6. Currently residing in the UK.
