Certikin is looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Service Team.

Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

The job includes:

• Processing sales orders and ensuring accuracy of order details
• Coordinating with the Technical team to verify orders where required
• Communicating with customers regarding their order status
• Collaborating with the distribution department and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience in sales order processing or a similar role
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Experience with SalesForce and AS400 is advantageous but not essential
