Job summary

Arm seeks a Windchill Administrator (SC Cleared) for a 12‑month fully remote contract with a major aerospace client. The selected candidate must hold ACTIVE SC Clearance and be a Sole British National, earning £450 per day inside IR35.

This role focuses on Windchill administration and cloud migration in a fast‑paced environment. You will install, configure, and upgrade Windchill in the cloud, support data migration from on‑prem to cloud, test solutions, and collaborate with IT teams and PTC

Qualifications

• Windchill Administration and customization expertise.
• Experience with data migration to cloud Windchill environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill data utilities and validators.
• Proficiency in Windchill lifecycle/workflow configuration and integrations.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windchill and integrations in the cloud per migration plan.
• Install and configure Windchill components in the cloud per upgrade plan.
• Execute Windchill upgrades, patches, and major version upgrades.
• Support bulk data migration from on-premises to cloud with data integrity.
• Test deployed Windchill solutions, workflows, and configurations for reliability.
• Propose solutions and fix issues in Windchill cloud migration and upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve cloud/system issues using logs and tools.
• Monitor cloud application and database performance; optimize configurations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for the cloud environment.
• Coordinate with PT C support, network, database teams and product owners.
