Ramboll in the UK is seeking a Wind Analyst to join our Site and Yield team, with the option to base in Glasgow or Bristol. You will undertake wind energy yield analyses from early-stage screening to financial-grade outputs, deliver technical advisory services, and ensure high-quality deliverables for onshore and offshore projects worldwide, while contributing to R&D.

Qualifications

• Financial-grade wind energy yield assessment experience.
• Experience in technical project management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to provide technical advisory related to wind analysis to a range of clients.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse and international team.
• Enthusiasm to support staff development.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking wind energy yield analysis from early stage through to financial grade.
• Providing technical advisory services related to energy yield analysis, including due diligence of 3rd party energy yield assessment reports and advising on wind measurement campaigns.
• Ensuring high-quality technical deliverables to our clients for onshore and offshore wind farm projects globally.
• Assist in the development of analysis methods, tools and products and contribute to our global R&D strategy.
• Supporting the management of the Site and Yield team, including mentoring of peers and junior staff.
• Commercial sales and technical work, supporting clients throughout development, financing and operation of their projects.
