Job summary

ScottishPower Renewables is seeking a Field Supervisor at Harehill Wind Farm. You will ensure all site activities comply with SPR Management Systems and safety rules, coordinate contractor work, and manage wind turbine inspections across the site.

You will bring hands-on wind farm operational experience, a full UK driving licence, and working at height qualifications, with travel across the SPR portfolio as required. A comprehensive package includes long leave, share schemes, and health cover.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND/City & Guilds level or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out wind turbine inspections and local fault resetting per Wind Turbine Safety Rules.
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure safe, efficient site work and close out issues.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders including landowners and emergency services.
• Provide input to OPEX budgets and develop/update site operating procedures.
