Job summary

ScottishPower Renewables is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of wind farm sites, ensuring safe and compliant day-to-day operations. You will coordinate work across multiple sites and sub-contractors, driving safety and operational performance.

The role requires experience in wind energy operations, a driving licence, and willingness to travel across the ScottishPower Renewables portfolio. A competitive salary and benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND/City & Guilds level or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Wind farm operational management experience recommended.
• Full UK driving licence and working at height qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all site activities and safety risks comply with SPR Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Conduct site inspections and produce weekly/monthly reports with issues and close-out programmes.
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure safe, efficient site work and safe close-out.
• Carry out pre-commencement assessment of work tasks; perform wind turbine inspections and local fault resetting.
