Qualifications

• Manage TSA and contracts with suppliers.

Role Overview

The Wind Engineer will deliver Wind Measurement and Analysis services within the Engineering Team, CTO, and the wider business, demonstrating the ability to add value to opportunities in a highly competitive and changing marketplace while maintaining appropriate Engineering and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare RFQ for met mast installation/decommissioning tenders
2. Evaluate tender documents from suppliers to select preferred suppliers
3. Liaise with met mast suppliers
4. Organise and perform site surveys
5. Manage TSA and contracts with suppliers
6. Gather information and documents for planning applications of met masts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in relevant engineering, scientific, physics, or mathematical discipline; Chartered membership of an appropriate body is advantageous.
• Previous experience in UK onshore/offshore Wind projects is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Wind Assessment Software (Windographer, Windfarmer, OpenWind, or other fluid dynamics modelling software) and ArcGIS is a plus.
