Role Overview

The Wind Engineer will deliver Wind Measurement and Analysis services within the Engineering Team, CTO, and the wider business. The role requires adding value to opportunities in a competitive and evolving marketplace while maintaining high Engineering and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ for met mast installation/decommissioning tenders
• Evaluation of tender documents from suppliers to select preferred suppliers
• Liaising with met mast suppliers
• Organising and performing site surveys
• Managing TSA and contracts with suppliers
• Gathering information and documents for planning applications of met masts

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in engineering, science, physics, or mathematics. Chartered membership of a relevant professional body is advantageous.
• Previous experience in UK onshore/offshore Wind projects is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Wind Assessment Software (Windographer, Windfarmer, OpenWind, or similar) and ArcGIS is a plus.
