Role Overview

The Wind Engineer will deliver Wind Measurement and Analysis services within the Engineering Team, CTO, and wider business. The role requires demonstrating the ability to add value to opportunities in a highly competitive and evolving marketplace while maintaining appropriate Engineering and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RFQs for met mast installation/decommissioning tenders
• Evaluate tender documents from suppliers to select preferred suppliers
• Liaise with met mast suppliers
• Organize and perform site surveys
• Manage TSA and contracts with suppliers
• Gather information and documents for planning applications of met masts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in relevant engineering, scientific, physics, or mathematical discipline; Chartered membership is a plus
• Previous experience with UK onshore/offshore Wind projects is REQUIRED
• Experience with Wind Assessment Software (Windographer, Windfarmer, OpenWind, etc.) and ArcGIS is advantageous
