Job summary

Allen & York Ltd. is seeking a Control Room Team Leader to oversee day-to-day monitoring and performance management of wind assets. The role involves SCADA monitoring, data analysis, and coordinating responsive maintenance with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in service or operational environments within renewables, strong communication and organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. On-site role with a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service, operational or procedural environment.
• Exposure to engineering services, site operations or renewable energy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance through SCADA and control room systems.
• Analyse operational and meter data to identify anomalies and trends.
• Support proactive maintenance by identifying faults and required follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of site works, maintenance and repairs.
• Produce regular operational and performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Help engineering teams address potential issues and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain high health, safety and compliance standards across activities.
