Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Power Control Specialist for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in the United Kingdom. You will perform real-time monitoring and control of generation and transmission assets, manage SCADA alarms, and carry out HV control activities up to 66kV while coordinating with TSO/DNO/OFO stakeholders.

The role requires experience in real-time SCADA operations, strong electrical background, and excellent communication in English.

Requirements:

• Power Control Room experience preferred.
• HV Control Engineer experience advantageous.
• AP / SAP experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of WTG / power park control.
• Experience with alarms, outages and operational incidents.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
