Nexus People are looking for a TeamManager in Corby to work with our client, who are a leading distribution and logistics supplier in the UK. The role offers a £14.42 per hour pay rate and immediate starts for experienced supervisors or team leaders.

You will lead warehouse teams, ensure safety and KPI targets, and drive high service levels on a busy distribution site.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader required.

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts.

About you

You will have previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a warehouse environment, have strong communication and people management skills and good attention to detail (problem solving).

You must be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
