Job summary

AtkinsRéalis (UK&I) is seeking a Win Work Transformation Lead to drive regional transformation projects, lead cross-functional teams, and manage technologies enhancing knowledge management and proposal delivery. The role includes engaging stakeholders, developing business cases, and delivering high-impact events within a hybrid working culture.

The successful candidate will coordinate regional win-work activities, support KAM initiatives, and contribute to a shared service across UK&I business

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills to drive regional programmes.
• Proven ability to motivate remote teams to meet timelines, cost, and quality.
• Solid understanding of win work processes and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional delivery of global and regional win work transformation projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new win work services, drive adoption, and realise benefits across the region.
• Project management of new technologies to enhance knowledge management and proposal delivery (e.g., Project Vault, PEH, PIH, Co-pilot Win Work Agents).
• Optimise Dynamics 365 to enhance KAM.
• Support the Regional Win Work Director to develop business cases and brief senior stakeholders on progress.
• Own the Win Work Community engagement programme and coordinate regular community calls.
