Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Change Manager to lead change initiatives across client transformation projects. You will design delivery plans, shape messaging, manage stakeholder engagement and ensure adoption of changes in complex or secure environments.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, use data analysis to inform recommendations, and guide senior leaders to deliver clear, evidence-based outcomes.

• : Proven experience delivering change initiatives within complex or secure digital environments.
• : Experience delivering end-to-end communications and engagement activities, shaping messaging and ensuring adoption of change.
• : Delivering Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis.
• : Design and implement change strategies, plans and communications.
• : Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• : Experience with structured and agile methodologies.
• : Ability to translate data into client-focused change actions.
• : Strong facilitation skills, leading workshops and engagement sessions.
