Qualifications

• Three years' PQE (post-qualification experience) in private client law.
• Experience managing Wills, Powers of Attorney and probate.
• Exposure to Court of Protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft Wills and advise on estate planning matters.
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney and guide on processes.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Manage complex Court of Protection matters.
• Respond to new client enquiries and build client relationships.
• Prepare legal documents accurately and meet deadlines.
• Manage file billing and recover outstanding fees.
• Keep up-to-date with private client law developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of client care.
