Henderson Scott are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established regional law firm in Skipton. This role suits a Newly Qualified Solicitor or experienced Private Client Lawyer seeking a supportive, collaborative environment and long-term career progression.

You will manage a varied caseload including Wills, estate planning, LPAs, probate, and estate administration, with opportunities for professional development and close client relationships.

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+ PQE).
• Private Client experience, including Wills and Probate.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

• Advising clients on Wills and estate planning.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on the preparation of Wills and estate planning matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing probate and estate administration matters
• Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Supporting clients with inheritance tax and succession planning
• Assisting with trust-related matters where required
• Maintaining exceptional levels of client care and service
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+ PQE)
• Private Client experience, including Wills and Probate
