Job summary

JNP Legal is seeking a Wills and Probate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Lifetime Planning Team in South Wales. You will manage your own caseload, delivering compassionate advice on wills, probate and estate planning with support from a strong, collaborative team.

The role requires a solicitor or CILEX with at least 3 years PQE, and a client-focused approach to delivering excellent service. A proactive, organised professional thrives in our modern, well-supported firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Wills & Probate or Lifetime Planning work.
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or experienced Fee Earner.
• Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.
• Provide clear, practical and compassionate advice to clients.
• Draft wills, trusts and related estate planning documents.
• Advise executors and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Support business development and department growth.
