Job summary

Key Recruitment Limited in Chichester is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Private Client team. You will manage a varied caseload across wills, probate, LPAs and estate planning, delivering clear guidance and excellent client care.

The successful candidate will have 1–5 years PQE, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently yet contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice with good progression prospects.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling wills, probate and estate administration.
• Strong drafting and advisory capabilities.
• Excellent client communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Preparing LPAs and managing probate and estate administration.
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Handling trusts, intestacy and variations of wills.
• Support Court of Protection matters as needed.
• Builds strong client relationships with excellent service.
