Job summary

tentwenty digital agency’s client, a long-established law firm with a strong local reputation, is seeking a dedicated Private Client Fee Earner to join its Southport and Waterloo offices. You will manage your own caseload in a busy private client team, handling wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and related matters with empathy and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with Leap is desirable but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or working towards qualification with wills and probate experience.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and taking instructions with empathy and practical advice.
• Estate administration from instruction to final distribution.
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and guiding clients through registration.
• Drafting wills reflecting clients’ wishes.
• Handling client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Diary management to keep matters progressing.
