Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal (NQ+ level) to join a respected West Midlands law firm. You will handle a varied caseload within a busy Private Client team, supporting solicitors and fee earners in delivering high-quality client service.

The role offers hybrid working with on-site parking and real opportunities for career progression. Prior Private Client experience is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Private Client team.
• Experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.
• Experience using case management systems and legal IT platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Private Client matters.
• Taking instructions from clients and providing ongoing updates throughout their matter.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records.
• Providing practical and professional advice to clients.
• Managing deadlines and progressing matters efficiently.
• Conducting home and hospital visits when required.
