Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal (NQ+) to join its Private Client team in the West Midlands. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to handle a varied caseload in a supportive, progressive environment.

The successful candidate will manage matters from instruction through to completion, with a focus on client service and strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A strong Private Client background is essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience within a Private Client team.
• Proven experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration matters.
• Experience using case management systems and legal IT platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Applications are welcomed from experienced unqualified fee earners able to demonstrate the necessary Private Client expertise.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Private Client matters.
• Taking instructions from clients and providing ongoing updates throughout their matter.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records.
• Providing practical and professional advice to clients.
• Managing deadlines and progressing matters efficiently.
• Conducting home and hospital visits when required.
