Job summary

Henderson Scott in Corby is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join a growing team dedicated to high‑quality private client work in Northamptonshire.

You will handle wills, estate planning, probate, LPAs and trusts, developing strong relationships with individuals, families and business owners in Corby and across the region, with autonomy to manage files end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive | 3+ Years PQE | Corby

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and well-established team based in Corby. This role offers the chance to develop a strong presence across Northamptonshire while working closely with both private and commercial clients.

We are looking for a technically strong lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who is capable of managing their own caseload independently and is passionate about building longstanding client relationships.

The Role

You will advise individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters, delivering tailored legal solutions and exceptional levels of client care.

Your caseload will include:

• Wills & Estate Planning
• Estate Administration & Probate
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trust Creation & Administration
• Wealth Preservation & Succession Planning

You will have the autonomy to manage files from instruction through to completion while supporting the continued growth of the Private Client offering across Corby and the wider Northamptonshire region.
