Job summary

Henderson Scott in Corby is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join a growing team dedicated to high‑quality private client work in Northamptonshire.

You will handle wills, estate planning, probate, LPAs and trusts, developing strong relationships with individuals, families and business owners in Corby and across the region, with autonomy to manage files end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
• Strong networking and communication abilities.
• Keen to contribute to the long-term growth of the department.

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals, families and business owners on private client matters.
• Manage wills, estate planning, probate, trusts and LPAs.
• Develop and maintain a private client caseload and client relationships.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to grow the private client offering in Corby and Northamptonshire.
