Morrish Solicitors LLP in Yeadon is seeking a Wills & Estates Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join our established team. You will manage your own caseload and handle wills, probate, estates, LPA, trusts, and Court of Protection matters.

Hybrid working is available, with some travel to other offices as required. We offer an onboarding program and ongoing training to support professional growth and career development.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 3+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience working in wills, probate and estate planning law
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with people at all levels
• Commitment to excellent client care and meeting clients’ expectations

Aufgaben

• Assisting clients with the full range of private client matters, including wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, Court of Protection and trusts.
• Providing legal advice and support to clients.
• Assisting senior fee earners on more complex cases as part of professional development.
• Supporting the firm’s marketing and business development by producing written content or attending events where needed
