Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Waking Night Support Worker for our Willesden service. You will help ensure safety, wellbeing and comfort during the night, promoting independence and person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Shifts run 21:15–07:30 with flexibility for weekdays and weekends. A background in care, PBS knowledge and strong communication are valued, with driving licence preferred. Journey with us and develop in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, support work or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.
• Experience following support plans and risk assessments.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with night-time routines and welfare checks.
• Provide personal care and update support records as needed.
• Respond to any overnight needs while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
