Belong is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support older residents in a Warrington village community. You will deliver high-quality night-time personal care, promote wellbeing, and help residents feel safe and valued throughout the night.

The role offers permanency with both full and part-time hours, a competitive hourly rate, and a supportive team focused on compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Care Certificate or higher required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-centred and reliable in a care setting
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to residents during night shifts
• Assist with personal care and night-time routines
• Support mobility and safe moving practices
• Respond to residents' needs and provide companionship
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care
• Promote dignity, privacy and independence at all times
