Voyage Care in Eastleigh is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to join a 4-bed supported living service. You will provide person-centred care overnight, assist with personal care, medications, and domestic tasks, and promote safety and independence for the people we support.

The role operates on a two-week pattern: Week One: Mon, Wed and Thu, 9:30pm–7:30am; Week Two: Mon, Fri, Sat and Sun, 9:30pm–7:30am. DBS checks and references required; enhanced pay rates and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Provide person-centred support to individuals during the night.
• Assist with personal care, administering medication, and household tasks.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing and comfort of the people we support.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
