Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for Longcroft Care Home. You will provide overnight care, monitor wellbeing, and support individuals to stay safe and independent through the night.

We welcome applicants with a caring and calm approach, offering training, development, and a clear career pathway. The role includes a rota with alternate weekends and PVG checks are required to work with vulnerable adults.

• Helping individuals maintain independence and dignity.
