Sky UK Limited is seeking a Wholesale Performance Analyst to turn data into strategic insights that drive growth across Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations. You’ll monitor revenue, MRR and margins, track performance against plans, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.

The role combines advanced Excel, business case modelling and BI capabilities with cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work applies, with a mix of office and remote engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial B2B telecoms environment, ideally within Wholesale.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in business case modelling.
• Understanding of the UK Wholesale telecommunications market.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Deliver clear, accurate and timely performance reporting and executive updates.
• Analyse revenue, MRR, MRM, sales volumes, customer, product, partner and market performance.
• Track actual performance against plan and forecast; support forecasting and R&O management.
• Support pipeline and large-deal governance with visibility of opportunities and risks.
• Support annual and quarterly planning with Budgets, LRPs and QBRs.
• Deliver KPI tracking, funnel and conversion analysis, pipeline reporting and productivity.
• Provide deeper analysis on churn, retention, profitability, partner performance and commercial economics.
• Support decision making through business case analysis and deal approvals.
• Maintain and improve reporting standards and data quality.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify activity and improve productivity.
