Job summary

Sky is seeking a Wholesale Performance Analyst to drive business performance through data, reporting and commercial insight. You will work with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations to turn complex data into clear insights, support automation and AI-enabled initiatives, and enable better decision-making.

You’ll deliver KPI tracking, forecasting support and governance of opportunities while helping improve reporting standards and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial B2B telecoms environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain findings clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and performance analysis with data visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, accurate and timely performance reporting and executive updates with actionable insights.
• Analyse revenue, MRR, MRM, sales volumes and performance across segments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track actuals vs plan/forecast and support budgeting, planning and R&O management.
• Support pipeline governance and provide visibility of key opportunities and risks.
