Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Wholesale Operations professional to efficiently manage end-to-end activities for our wholesale channel. You will onboard customers, set up accounts with finance, process order confirmations and coordinate deliveries with the distribution centre.

You will generate weekly KPI reports, manage in-season orders, and handle returns while supporting the sales campaigns and merchandising review processes. Hybrid working and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business, Merchandising or Fashion Retail.
• Ideally 2–3 years experience in a multi-channel business that includes wholesale.
• Strong numerical capability with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills evident in daily tasks.
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to proactively manage workload and prioritise as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional relationship building.
• High initiative and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Keen to progress their career in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure timely setup with the finance team.
• Send order confirmations to customers/partners in line with policy.
• Coordinate with Customers & DC on special outbound requirements including deliveries.
• Provide data enrichment to key customers.
• Manage POS requirements and service expectations for new customers in season.
• Create, manage and update delivery schedules for customers/partners.
• Manage customers' POs and extensions as needed.
• Run weekly KPI reports detailing delivery status for your territory.
• Allocate and manage in-season orders and changes (replacements, cancellations).
• Process returns with authorization and credit worksheet updates.
• Perform general customer service tasks and support sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to review fulfilment trackers and delegate tasks to the team.
• Track daily intake and monitor launch position; ensure stock allocation aligns with targets.
• Oversee workflow from allocation to pick and pack at the DC.
