Job summary

TRP Recruitment Limited in West London is seeking an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser to join a leading fashion supplier. The role is full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, offering a fast-paced and creative environment.

You will liaise with sales and design teams, manage critical paths, coordinate with factories, handle testing, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining quality. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in wholesale merchandising with strong organisation and communication

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of wholesale merchandising experience, ideally in fashion or womenswear.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
• Proficiency in critical path management and experience liaising with factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sales and design teams to develop and bring product concepts to life.
• Act as the main point of contact for key retailers' post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
• Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
• Coordinate with factories to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Handle all testing requirements to meet customer-specific quality standards.
• Manage fabric strike-offs and collaborate with mills to resolve issues and secure approvals.
• Work closely with the technical team to meet sealing deadlines and ensure product quality.
• Raise dockets, maintain accurate documentation, and track production progress.
• Order fabrics and trims to ensure seamless production and on-time deliveries.
