TRP RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser for a leading fashion supplier in West London. The role is full-time, office-based (Mon-Fri) with exposure to high-street brands and retailers.

You will liaise with sales, design, and factories to drive product concepts, manage critical paths, ensure on-time production, and uphold quality standards while coordinating fabrics, trims, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within fashion/womenswear.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in critical path management and liaising with factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sales and design teams to develop and bring product concepts to life.
• Act as the main point of contact for key retailers' post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
• Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
• Coordinate with factories to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
• Handle all testing requirements to meet customer-specific quality standards.
• Manage fabric strike-offs and collaborate with mills to resolve issues and secure approvals.
• Work closely with the technical team to meet sealing deadlines and ensure product quality.
• Raise dockets, maintain accurate documentation, and track production progress.
• Order fabrics and trims to ensure seamless production and on-time deliveries.
