Job summary

TRP Recruitment ltd is seeking an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser for a full-time, office-based role in West London. You will liaise with sales and design teams to develop product concepts, and act as the main contact for retailers post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.

The role requires 3–5 years in wholesale merchandising, preferably in fashion or womenswear, with strong project management and factory liaison abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wholesale merchandising experience, ideally in fashion or womenswear.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and problem-solve under pressure.
• Proficiency in critical path management and liaising with factories and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with sales and design teams to develop product concepts.
• Act as main point of contact for key retailers post-sale and ensure smooth communication.
• Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
• Coordinate with factories to oversee production process ensuring timely manufacturing.
• Handle all testing requirements to meet customer quality standards.
• Raise dockets, maintain documentation and track production progress.
• Order fabrics and trims to ensure on-time production and deliveries.
