Job description

As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will deliver first-class customer management and maximize business growth.

You will work closely with external customers and internal stakeholders to build long-lasting partnerships, bringing the Morrisons brand to life in our independent retail franchises. Ensuring the business maximizes the commercial offering and provides a fantastic customer experience.

This role is suited to an individual residing in the North West. It is important that you hold a full driving licence and are comfortable with frequent travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Wholesale Account Manager, you’ll lead in building strong partnerships with franchisees, ensuring their success and representing the Morrisons brand. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored sales and customer service strategies to deliver growth and meet targets
  • Driving promotion planning, seasonal range activation, and achieving sales, volume, profit, and margin goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, streamlining processes, and influencing stakeholders internally and externally
  • Innovating solutions to enhance the wholesale customer experience and ensure sustainable sales growth
  • Ensuring each franchise store reflects the Morrisons brand with high standards and customer satisfaction
About You

  • A proven track record of delivering joint business plans and success in trading environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and numerical skills for managing complex accounts
