Job summary

Academics is seeking a Whole Class Teaching Assistant in Sheffield to provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in multiple schools.

You will assist teachers, support groups and individual pupils, and help create engaging learning environments with a focus on safeguarding. DBS is desirable, with a flexible start ASAP or at a date that suits you.

Qualifications

Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Whole Class Teaching Assistant to work on a temporary, ongoing supply basis across a variety of welcoming primary schools throughout Sheffield.

This Whole Class Teaching Assistant opportunity focuses on providing general classroom support rather than being assigned solely to one pupil. Working as a Whole Class Teaching Assistant in Sheffield, you will support teachers and pupils across a range of year groups and help create positive and engaging learning environments.

Position: Whole Class Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP or a start date that works for you
