Job summary

Wadworth is a family-owned brewer and pub operator with a 150-year history, running pubs across the South and West. We have a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

As Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, ensure every dish meets the required specification, and manage costs and compliance. Flexible hours and a supportive team are available.

As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
