Job summary

Wadworth in Trowbridge is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen management team. You will support the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, ensure every dish meets spec, control costs and guarantee compliance across the kitchen.

The role focuses on teamwork with front of house and back of house, reliability, and a passion for great guest experiences. Wadworth offers a family-style environment with opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
• A great team player - working with the whole team, both front of house and back of house, to ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience.
• Reliable and passionate - being punctual, well presented, honest and full of enthusiasm.
