Job summary

Wadworth is seeking a focused and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen management team in a family-oriented pub environment. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver dishes to specification and help maximise sales while controlling costs and ensuring compliance.

• Great team player, collaborating with front of house and back of house to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting Head Chef to maximise sales and profit.

As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
