Job summary

Wadworth is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across our pub kitchens. You will maximise sales, uphold high cooking standards, manage costs and ensure compliance while working closely with the General Manager.

As Head Chef you will lead the kitchen team and work to maximise sales and profit, work with high standards of skill and knowledge to deliver every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of your kitchen.
