Job summary

Wadworth is seeking a focused Sous Chef to join the kitchen management team in our pubs across the South and West of England. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, ensuring every dish meets the required specifications and that costs are controlled in a compliant manner.

The successful candidate will be a great team player, reliable, punctual, well presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
