Job summary

QS Recruitment has a vacancy for experienced Van Drivers to support a nationwide white goods delivery operation in the United Kingdom. You will deliver appliances directly to customers, sometimes with a driver’s mate, and handle heavier loads using a shoulder dolly provided.

Starting around 4:00am, you can expect around 8–14 deliveries per shift, with shifts typically lasting 10–12 hours. This is ongoing temporary work with paid holiday accrual and a clear path for reliable performers.

Qualifications

• Own transport due to the early morning start.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Minimum 2 years’ commercial van driving experience
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
• Reliable and professional when dealing with customers
• Good attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Job Description

Looking for regular van driving work with an early start and consistent hours? We are currently looking for experienced Van Drivers to join a busy nationwide white goods delivery operation.

You’ll be responsible for delivering white goods directly to customers throughout the UK. Depending on the delivery, you may work independently or alongside a driver’s mate when additional support is required.

The role involves some manual handling, with a shoulder dolly provided to help with heavier appliances. As you’ll be delivering directly to customers’ homes, a professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude is important.
