Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a delivery van driver in the UK to join a customer-facing team delivering online orders directly to the public. You will load and unload deliveries from your van, and be part of a wider team ensuring timely, courteous service.

The role requires a full UK or EU driving licence and at least 12 months of driving experience. Penalty points capped at six, with no disqualifications in the last five years.

Have you got experience driving delivery vans?

This household name is looking for van drivers for this customer facing role. You'll be part of a larger team helping to deliver online orders directly to the public. Orders are picked beforehand meaning you just need to load and unload the deliveries onto your van.

Customer service skills are a must as well as:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Duration: This is a temporary role, but ongoing work is a possibility

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This position offers a basic rate of £12.71 with premiums offered for evenings and overtime up to a maximum of £17.06.You will also accrue up to 28 days annual leave. This role does not offer visa sponsorship

Working Hours: This role is worked over the full week Sunday to Saturday. Start and finish times can vary but shifts are 8 hours long, you could be starting from 0530 and finishing at 0000 depending on the shift so flexibility is a must.
