Job summary

Pacifica is seeking an experienced White Goods Engineer to service customers in the Rotherham area. You will diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

The role involves repairing multiple appliance types, managing appointments, ordering parts, and delivering a professional customer experience. A Monday–Friday schedule with planned routes and career progression opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more appliance types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence with up to six penalty points.

Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll repair four or more of the following appliance types:

• Washing Machines

• Dishwashers

Using our industry-leading technology, you'll manage appointments, order parts and complete repairs efficiently while representing Pacifica professionally.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Appliance Engineer who has:

• A minimum of two years' field-based domestic appliance repair experience.
• Strong fault-finding and repair skills across four or more core appliance types.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive, professional attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Competitive basic salary of £27,000–£36,000, depending on skill set and experience.
