Job description

This role will be responsible for ensuring production has all the correct materials on time (Stock, Packaging, Dustbins.) and the area is kept organized and in a clean condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use fruit in accordance with Production Plans.
  • All Stock must be returned with traceability attached.
  • Ensure all lines have the correct stock and this must be delivered on time.
  • Ensure the wet area, the back of west site are kept clean, tidy and organized.
  • To ensure the Fork Lift Trucks are being kept clean and in good condition.
  • To ensure resources are in place in liaison with Packhouse Manager to complete all duties on time, and according to needs of production.
  • To ensure all staff working in wet area are Productive, Organized and wearing the appropriate PPE.
  • To ensure all working as an effective team, covering each other when necessary.
  • To ensure production plans and stock sheets are followed, monitoring stock rotation.
  • To ensure all stock discrepancies are communicated to Packhouse Manager quickly.
  • To ensure Safety and hygiene standards are maintained and adhered to.
Skills
  • Good level of English
  • Good understanding of Maths
  • Previous experience working within a similar role within the fruit industry
