Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creating the stock sheets once the data transfers have been done.
• Entering data to files.
• Double checking stores when error is spotted.
• Identifying packed product that needs to be used and highlighting it to Stocks Admin.
• Updating stock sheets as per 3rd party’s requests.
• Adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Top Fruit scanning and manual counting.
• Physical stock scanning and manual counting.
• Soft and Stone Fruit stock scanning and manual counting.
• Red pallets stock counting.
• Pre-size bins checking and Store plans completion.
• Ensuring stores are clean and tidy each night.

Job description

This role will be responsible for ensuring all stock is scanned and manual counted, that the right product is being sent and the correct DU/BB/Date Codes are being used. All paper work to be fully produced (stock sheet / order / daily date sheet).

Key Responsibilities

• Creating the stock sheets (when needed) once the data transfers have been done.
• Entering data to files.
• Double checking stores when error is spotted;
• Identifying packed product that needs to be used (minimum date) and highlighting it to Stocks Admin.
• Updating stock sheets (when needed) as per 3rd party’s requests.
• All procedures that are in place to be adhered to at all time (i.e. health & safety/ loading lorries) and correct P.P.E is being worn.
• Top Fruit scanning and manual counting.
• Physical stock scanning and manual counting.
• Soft and Stone Fruit stock scanning and manual counting.
• Red pallets stock counting;.
• Pre-size bins checking and Store plans completion (when needed).
• Ensuring stores are clean and tidy each night.
