Job summary

Guided Solutions is seeking a proactive Territory Manager to grow orthopaedic device sales across West Midlands (Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcester, Stoke). You will build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and procurement to deliver against commercial objectives and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Proven medical device sales experience, preferably orthopaedics.
• Strong relationship-building with clinicians and procurement.
• Commercially driven with track record of territory growth.
• Full UK driving licence and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales and hit commercial objectives.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement.
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support and training.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Plan territory effectively, keeping forecasts and records up to date.
