Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Associate for the West Midlands, UK, to enhance our fleet and coordinate warehouse and field teams onsite. You will be the local eyes on the ground, tackling challenges from vehicle intake to rider end-of-ride, while upholding safety and efficiency.

You will hire, coach and support mechanics and fleet staff, build a compliant warehouse, and drive operational excellence with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional work experience in operations.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-based decisions with cost focus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff.
• Build a safe, compliant warehouse environment for a deployable fleet.
• Define new processes and best practices to drive excellence.
• Partner on projects to identify expansion opportunities in region(s).
• Define and monitor KPIs for profitability, revenue, and operations.
• Provide incident support and complaint management.
