Job summary

Lime is hiring an In-Warehouse Junior Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Birmingham. You'll help manage day-to-day warehouse operations, support mechanic teams, oversee parts and inventory, and drive safety and efficiency across shifts.

As a hands-on, data-driven problem solver, you will analyse warehouse data, set performance KPIs, and collaborate with fleet, logistics, engineering, and product teams to ensure high vehicle standards and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional work experience in an Operations position.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
• Data driven in everything that you do - able to process and analyse data to solve problems and spot opportunities (SQL and G-sheets).

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management: oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and shift staffing.
• Repair & maintenance: monitor fleet repair output and quality standards.
• Team performance: set KPIs and coach team members.
• Parts & inventory management: track and manage spare parts and tools.
• Safety & compliance: enforce PPE standards and safety protocols.
• Operational excellence: optimise warehouse layout and processes to reduce bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with fleet, logistics, engineering and product teams.
• Reporting & data use: analyse warehouse data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Special projects: lead backlog reduction, tool management, PPE standardisation, and refurbishments.
