Job summary

Envision Education in West London is seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will provide tailored support across classes, working closely with teachers to meet pupils' individual needs.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small group support, observing progress, and giving constructive feedback to pupils and parents. DBS check or willingness to obtain one is required. Pay ranges 80–100 per day (PAYE), with flexible engagement options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a SEND school setting.
• Experience working with children; reference to support it.
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support for pupils including those with SEND.
• Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and assess children's progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
• Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements.
